Ξηροδερμία στο πρόσωπο και πρώτες ρυτίδες: Συνδέονται;

Δυστυχώς ναι! Μολονότι οι γυναίκες με ξηρή επιδερμίδα έχουν το εξαιρετικό προνόμιο της καθαρής επιδερμίδας χωρίς ατέλειες, θα πρέπει να είναι και ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικές, γιατί η επιδερμίδα τους-λόγω της κατασκευής των κυττάρων της και των μειωμένων λιπιδίων στην επιφάνεια της- αφυδατώνεται εύκολα και γίνεται ανελαστική. Παράλληλα έχει μειωμένη προστασία στους εξωτερικούς παράγοντες όπως για παράδειγμα στον ήλιο και τον κρύο αέρα. Οι ρυτίδες, λοιπόν, πράγματι μπορεί να κάνουν πιο γρήγορα την εμφάνισή τους στις ξηρές επιδερμίδες. Σας προτείνουμε αν έχετε ξηρή επιδερμίδα, να τη διατηρήσετε πολύ καλά ενυδατωμένη και να την προστατεύετε από τον ήλιο και το κρύο που μπορεί να την αφυδατώσουν εύκολα.

Να έχετε μαζί σας την ενυδατική σας κρέμα ημέρες ή ώρες που θεωρείτε ότι θα χρειαστείτε έξτρα ενυδάτωση, για παράδειγμα σε μια πτήση με το αεροπλάνο, ή εφόσον παραμένετε για πολλές ώρες σε κλειστό κλιματιζόμενο περιβάλλον.
