Ποια είναι η σωστή χρήση ενυδατικής κρέμας;

Αν χρησιμοποιείτε το σωστό προϊόν για τον τύπο της επιδερμίδας σας, τότε μάλλον κάνετε κάποιο λαθάκι στη συχνότητα ή στην ποσότητα που το χρησιμοποιείτε. Η ενυδατική κρέμα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται μετά τον καθαρισμό το πρωί και το βράδυ. Σημασία όμως έχει και η ποσότητα που βάζετε κάθε φορά. Θα πρέπει να είναι λίγη, ώστε να απορροφάται πλήρως από το δέρμα και να μη μένει πάνω του. Αλλιώς, η συχνή χρήση κρέμας και οι μεγάλες ποσότητες μπορεί να έχουν τα αντίθετα αποτελέσματα, δηλαδή την αφυδάτωση της επιδερμίδας! Γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό; Γιατί τα πολλά στρώματα ενυδατικής κρέμας μπορεί να προκαλέσουν μεγάλη κατακράτηση νερού στα κύτταρα της επιδερμίδας, τα οποία στη συνέχεια μπορεί να διογκωθούν σε τέτοιο σημείο, ώστε να χαθεί η συνεκτικότητά τους (απομακρύνεται το ένα από το άλλο) και να χάσουν το νερό τους, οπότε η επιδερμίδα αφυδατώνεται.
